InfoTrac OneFile® is a single electronic resource that provides instant access to an unprecedented number of periodicals. Users rely on InfoTrac OneFile for access to periodical and news content and indexing from a variety of mainstream and specialized sources — from The New York Times to refereed academic journals. This database contains 131 titles related to the Medical sciences and 64 titles specifically for Nurses and nursing (all 64 titles are full-text).
Pre-CINAHL - is intended to provide current awareness of new journal articles, and includes a rotating file of limited bibliographic information (no subject searching), which are available to researchers only for the time when these articles are being assigned additional indexing. This enables users to gain access to article citations that otherwise would not be available. Once the bibliographic records are complete, they are added to the CINAHL database and removed from Pre-CINAHL. The PsycINFO Plus Text - databases cover the professional and academic literature in psychology and related disciplines including medicine, psychiatry, nursing, sociology, education, pharmacology, physiology, linguistics, and other areas. Science Direct--was first launched in 1997 as an online host facility for Elsevier Science's full text journals, Science Direct has grown to become the largest online full text platform for scientific, technical and medical information. It is based on the World Wide Web, and now offers the full text of over 1,100 journals. Desktop access to information is provided via institutional library subscriptions. This database contains 98 titles related to the Medical sciences and 46 titles specifically for Nurses and nursing (all 46 titles are full-text). (Elservier)

Each database has its own start dates for indexing, abstracting, and full text; start dates for full-text rights to individual journals vary within a database. This database contains 40 titles related to the Medical sciences and 9 titles specifically for Nurses and nursing (all 9 titles are full-text).
