The AccuNet/AP Multimedia Archive is an electronic library containing The AP's current year's photo reports and a selection of photos from their 50 million image print and negative library. The Multimedia Archive also includes graphics, text and audio - all from The Associated Press. Education Research Complete is the definitive online resource for education research. This massive file offers the world's largest and most complete collection of full text education journals. It is a bibliographic and full text database covering scholarly research and information relating to all areas of education. Topics covered include all levels of education from early childhood to higher education, and all educational specialties, such as multilingual education, health education, and testing. Education Research Complete also covers areas of curriculum instruction as well as administration, policy, funding, and related social issues. The database provides indexing and abstracts for more than 1,500 journals, as well as full text for more than 750 journals. This database also includes full text for more than 100 books and monographs, and full text for numerous education-related conference papers.
ERIC (Educational Resource Information Center) -Information culled from the journals included in Current Index to Journals in Education and Resources in Education Index. Dissertations Abstracts & Theses Database With more than 2 million entries, the database is the one central, authoritative source for information about doctoral dissertations and master's theses. Graduate students customarily consult the database to make sure their proposed thesis or dissertation topics have not already been written about. Students, faculty, and other researchers search it for titles related to their scholarly interests. The database includes citations for materials ranging from the first U.S. dissertation, accepted in 1861, to those accepted as recently as last semester; those published from 1980 forward also include 350- word abstracts, written by the author. Citations for master's theses from 1988 forward include 150-word abstracts. InfoTrac OneFile® is a single electronic resource that provides instant access to an unprecedented number of periodicals. NetLibrary - is the most comprehensive collection of online books (e-Books) available. Using netLibrary, you can access a wide range of scholarly and reference materials entirely online. With NetLibrary you can search every word in an e-Book, as well as cross-reference other e-Books.
Research Library - One of the most comprehensive databases available through the ProQuest® online system, Research Library provides access to full-text journals across a wide range of subject areas, including business, education, literature, political science, and psychology. Web of Science provides seamless access to current and retrospective multidisciplinary information from approximately 8,700 of the most prestigious, high impact research journals in the world. Web of Science also provides a unique search method, cited reference searching. With it, users can navigate forward, backward, and through the literature, searching all disciplines and time spans to uncover all the information relevant to their research. Wilson's OmniFile Full Text, Mega Edition is a multi-disciplinary database providing the complete content - indexing, abstracts, and full text - from six of Wilson's full-text databases: Education Full Text, General Science Full Text, Humanities Full Text, Readers' Guide Full Text, Social Sciences Full Text, and Wilson Business Full Text. Full-text articles from five additional periodical databases are also included when available: Applied Science & Technology Full Text, Art Full Text, Biological & Agricultural Index, Index to Legal Periodicals & Books, and Library Literature & Information Science Full Text. Indexing begins in 1982, abstracts in 1984, and full-text coverage in 1994.
